Sophia Magdalena Mostyn

Way Of Mastery Breath Therapist, Healer And Priestess

Sophia Magdalena has devoted herself to clearing and cleansing conditioned beliefs, empowering both the Feminine and Masculine to connect consciously in Union, in trust, and in intimacy, thereby returning to the sacredness of our true, Divine Essence.

Her desire in awakening love is to create new paradigms of love, intimacy, and loving relationships, as well as peace in the world.

In the 70’s, she lived in San Francisco, where she became fully involved in the alternative healing practices and the Feminist movement, which greatly inspired her.
She later met the Way of Mastery teacher and spiritual community in Bali. Through her own healing journey, she mastered the channelled teachings and healing practices that she now shares in her Awakening Love sessions and workshops.
As an international facilitator and healer, she offers private sessions, workshops, and retreats.

She facilitated numerous women’s Awakening the Sacred Feminine retreats and rebirthing workshops in Europe and Bali, and now leads groups to Bali. She combines the practices of tantric breathwork with clearing limiting beliefs energetically, for releasing sexual trauma and emotions to fully transmute fear to love and to connect with Truth, the Divine Source of Love, and Oneness.

Apart from offering her own transformative breathwork sessions, Sophia has been invited to participate in numerous international breathwork events and festivals, where she provides both private Awakening Love sessions and leads Love’s Breath, Awakening Divine Love Workshops.

Workshops

Workshop description

One Divine Love is an embodied breathwork journey into the meeting of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within ourselves and within the collective.

Inspired by the ancient principle of Hieros Gamos – the sacred inner union of feminine and masculine essences – this experience invites participants to explore vulnerability, compassion, presence and unconditional love through breath and conscious connection.

The journey begins by gathering in a mandala, with the feminine and masculine principles held symbolically within two circles. From there, participants are guided into eye gazing and consciously connected breath, creating an opportunity to experience what it means to be both seen and witnessed beyond the roles and protections we may ordinarily carry.

Supported by music and Sophia Magdalena’s guidance, the breath becomes a pathway through emotion, tenderness, joy, laughter, intensity and stillness. Rather than asking for any particular emotional response, the practice invites whatever is present to be met with awareness, compassion, and permission.

As individual breath gradually becomes collective breath, the workshop explores the possibility of experiencing connection beyond separation – recognising another person not as someone fundamentally different from us, but as another expression of the same living consciousness.

At its heart, One Divine Love invites us to remember the sacredness within both our feminine and masculine qualities and to experience how their integration can create greater balance, openness, and love within ourselves and in the way we meet one another.

What you will receive

You will be invited to explore seeing and being seen with greater openness, allowing both feminine and masculine aspects of yourself to be witnessed without needing to perform or conceal them.

Through eye gazing, conscious breath, and collective presence, the workshop may create space for emotional expression, vulnerability, and a deeper connection with the qualities of love, compassion, and inner wholeness.

You will also have the opportunity to experience breath as a bridge between individuality and connection – recognising yourself in another while remaining rooted in your own presence.

The journey ultimately offers a felt exploration of Sophia Magdalena’s central teaching: that the Source of Divine Love is something we can encounter within ourselves and share through conscious connection with one another.

Workshop description

Embodying Love is a journey of radical self-inquiry, conscious breath and compassionate remembrance.

Many of us carry stories about whether we are lovable, worthy, desirable or deserving of pleasure, joy and connection. Some were formed through our own experiences, while others may have been absorbed through family, culture or relationships. Over time, these beliefs can shape how we meet ourselves and how much love we allow ourselves to receive.

This workshop creates a space to bring those stories into awareness with curiosity rather than judgment.

Beginning with a guided meditation and radical inquiry practice, participants will be invited to explore their relationship with the inner Beloved – noticing memories, beliefs and emotional patterns connected with love, rejection, worthiness and belonging.

From this place of awareness, Sophia Magdalena guides participants into her Love’s Breath practice: an extended conscious breathwork journey supported by sacred music. The breath becomes an opportunity to stay present with whatever arises and to gently create space around beliefs or emotions that may have felt fixed.

Compassion and forgiveness are woven throughout the process, inviting participants to return beneath learned narratives toward a more essential relationship with innocence, self-acceptance and love.

The experience concludes with integration and a sharing circle, allowing participants to ground what has emerged and reconnect with the collective space.

At the heart of the workshop lies a simple remembrance – love is not something we must earn; it is something we can learn to recognise and embody from within.

What you will receive

Participants will be invited to recognise beliefs, fears or patterns that may influence their capacity to receive love, experience pleasure or feel worthy of connection.

Through radical inquiry and conscious breathwork, you will have the opportunity to meet these inner narratives with greater compassion and explore what becomes possible when you no longer treat them as unquestionable truths.

The workshop offers an embodied experience of reconnecting with self-love, acceptance, and the felt sense of an inner source of love, alongside greater awareness of how past experiences may continue to shape present relationships.

You may leave with greater emotional spaciousness, a renewed relationship with your worth, and a deeper connection to the possibility of choosing how you wish to meet yourself and others moving forward.

Workshop description

A Love’s Breath Journey explores sensuality, innocence, self-acceptance, and the sacredness of our life force.

Through guided self-inquiry, conscious breathing and sound, participants will be invited to explore the beliefs and experiences that have shaped their relationship with their bodies, sensuality, sexuality and capacity for pleasure.

The journey begins with compassionate awareness: noticing judgments, shame, guilt or conditioning that may have influenced how freely we inhabit and express ourselves.

Rather than pushing these parts away, the practice invites us to meet them with curiosity, forgiveness and tenderness, creating greater space for a more accepting relationship with the body and the self.

From there, Sophia Magdalena guides the group into an extended Love’s Breath and sound journey. Through breath, sensation and inward attention, participants are invited to reconnect with the qualities of sensuality, beauty, pleasure, joy and creative life force that Sophia understands as expressions of our Divine Feminine and Masculine nature.

The experience culminates in a shared ceremonial space, bringing participants back into connection with one another and exploring the possibility of recognising the sacred not only within ourselves, but reflected through those around us.

This workshop holds sensual and sexual energy as part of our wider human aliveness – something that can be approached with innocence, reverence, compassion and conscious awareness.

What you will receive

You will be invited to explore your relationship with sensuality, pleasure, sexuality and the body through a spiritual and embodied lens.

Through self-inquiry, conscious breath, and sound, you may become more aware of conditioned beliefs, shame, guilt, or fear that influence how you experience and express your sensual nature, while creating space to relate to these patterns with greater compassion.

The practice offers an opportunity to reconnect with pleasure as a dimension of aliveness and to explore what Sophia describes as the erotic innocence within our feminine and masculine sacredness.

You may leave with a more accepting relationship with your body, greater permission for authentic sensual expression, and a deeper sense of connection between sexuality, creativity, love and the unique expression of your whole being.

INDIVIDUAL/SMALL-GROUP SESSIONS

Session description

This individual breathwork session is a guided journey into self-inquiry, conscious breathing, and the beliefs that shape how we relate to ourselves, intimacy, and love.

Through Sophia Magdalena’s Breath of Inquiry, you will be invited to gently explore some of the deeper stories you may carry about who you are – including fears, conditioned beliefs and recurring patterns that can influence self-worth, connection, sexuality and conscious relationships.

The session creates space to bring these patterns into awareness with compassion, allowing you to notice what may belong to past experiences and what you are ready to relate to differently in the present. Through breath, reflection and Sophia’s energetic guidance, the process invites a gradual return toward greater self-acceptance, inner truth and freedom of choice.

Sophia holds the experience within her spiritual understanding of Divine Love, guiding participants toward what she describes as remembering our original innocence – the part of us that remains connected with joy, creativity, pleasure, vitality, and the unique expression of the soul.

The journey may also open an exploration of the body, sensuality and life force, inviting a more conscious relationship with intimacy and the ways we meet ourselves and others in connection.

At its heart, this session invites you to soften beliefs that may have become intertwined with your identity and reconnect with a deeper sense of self-love, self-worth, and sovereignty.

From that place, new choices can begin to feel possible.

Session description

This intimate small-group session invites you to explore what it means to be fully human while remaining connected to the spiritual dimension of our being.

Drawing from the teachings of Christ Consciousness and the words and transmissions Sophia Magdalena associates with Mary Magdalene, the experience opens a contemplative space to explore Oneness, love, and the relationship between spirit and embodied life.

The journey begins with a heart-centred meditation and inquiry into Oneness, inviting participants to turn inward and listen more deeply to what is present beneath the mind’s movement. From this space, you will be guided to connect with your desires and intentions – not as something separate from the spiritual path, but as part of the living expression of who you are.

The heart of the session is a 40-minute Love’s Breath Journey, using conscious breath and Sophia’s guidance to deepen presence, soften into the body and explore the felt connection between love, spirit and physical experience.

Rather than asking us to transcend our humanity in order to encounter the sacred, this session invites us to experience the two as belonging together: spirit expressed through the body, and the body held as part of our spiritual experience.

The journey closes with a sharing and integration circle, creating space to reflect on what has emerged, witness one another and ground the experience within the intimacy of the group.

At its heart, Being Fully Human is a remembrance that Oneness does not require us to leave ourselves behind. It can be discovered through the heart, the breath, the body and the fullness of being present.
