Lexmy van den Boogaard

Guardian of Conscious Temple Culture

Lexmy van den Boogaard is a facilitator and community creator devoted to exploring the depths of love, truth, and authentic connection.

Guided by Truth as her North Star, she walks the Tantric path as an embodied exploration of love, consciousness, and life-force energy. Through her work, she creates temple spaces and collective fields where the full spectrum of human experience is welcome – and whatever arises becomes an invitation into deeper intimacy with self, others, and life.

Rooted in devotional spiritual practice and a background in science and corporate business, Lexmy weaves together structure and surrender, eros and grounded presence, mysticism and clarity.

Her facilitation draws from many years of experience in embodiment, conscious intimacy, and relational practices. She is trauma-informed and has trained with organisations such as the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality (Layla Martin), HeartIQ, LiveTantra, and Awaken As Love – where she is also part of the faculty.

She loves working through the portal of love and sexuality as a path to liberation and self-realisation, supporting awakening and transformation in all areas of life.

Workshop description

Boundaries and consent are the foundation of every meaningful encounter.

When we can recognise what is true for us, communicate it clearly, and trust that our choices will be respected, connection becomes safer, freer, and more authentic. A clear “no” creates space for an honest “yes,” while understanding our own desires allows us to meet others without abandoning ourselves in the process.

This educational and interactive workshop creates a space to explore consent, boundaries and desire in a practical, embodied and open way. Drawing from Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent and the R.B.D.S.M.-Talk, Lexmy will guide participants through different relational dynamics, helping us become more aware of how we ask, receive, give, choose and communicate within connection.

Together, we will explore how consent goes far beyond simply asking for permission. It includes noticing our own internal signals, distinguishing genuine desire from obligation or people-pleasing, changing our minds, communicating limits, hearing another person’s boundaries without taking them personally, and staying attentive to the subtle dynamics of power, expectation, and energy that can arise between people.

The workshop also invites us to become more comfortable with both our “yes” and our “no,” recognising that neither needs justification. When boundaries are clear and respected, they do not diminish intimacy – they create the trust and spaciousness in which deeper intimacy, play and exploration can become possible.

Through conversation, reflection and interactive exercises, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their relational awareness and develop a shared language for navigating intimate and embodied spaces with greater confidence, responsibility and care.

This workshop is required for anyone wishing to enter ADA’s Temple Nights, ensuring that everyone who steps into these spaces shares a common understanding of consent, boundaries, communication and personal responsibility.

What you will receive

You will develop greater confidence in recognising, expressing, and honouring your own yes, no, and maybe, while becoming more attentive to others’ boundaries and signals.

You will gain a clearer understanding of consent as an ongoing conversation rather than a one-time agreement, along with practical tools for communicating desires, asking for what you want, declining what you do not want, and navigating moments of uncertainty or changing consent.

The workshop will also offer insight into relational and energetic dynamics that can influence intimate encounters, supporting greater awareness of patterns such as people-pleasing, assumption, pressure or over-responsibility.

Above all, you will leave with a stronger embodied sense that your boundaries belong to you, your desires are yours to communicate, and authentic connection becomes possible when everyone involved has the freedom to choose.

Workshop description

What if intimacy could mean far more than romance, touch or sexuality?

This Temple Night invites you to explore intimacy as a way of meeting life itself – through presence, sensation, emotion, desire, creativity, vulnerability, and authentic connection.

Together, we will co-create an intentional space where you can deepen your relationship with yourself, with others, and with the life force moving through you. All of you is welcome here, while nothing is ever required to happen. Every invitation is optional, every boundary is honoured, and your own inner signals remain at the centre of the experience.

Throughout the evening, we will explore what becomes possible when intimacy is freed from expectation and performance. Rather than trying to create a particular kind of encounter, you will be invited to notice what is already alive within you: joy, tenderness, playfulness, longing, desire, grief, fear, expansion, resistance, love, or simply stillness.

As we gather with presence and a willingness to meet one another authentically, a collective field can begin to emerge – one shaped by the people within it and greater than any individual experience. Within this field, nothing needs to be fixed, forced or transformed. Whatever arises can simply be witnessed and met with curiosity, care and compassion.

Through embodied and relational explorations, we will practice staying connected to ourselves while staying connected with others. We will listen more closely to the body, honour clear boundaries and consent, and explore the difference between following expectation and responding to what is genuinely true in the moment.

You may encounter pleasure or discomfort, connection or solitude, openness or contraction – there is no destination you need to reach. The invitation is simply to remain present enough to discover what intimacy wants to reveal when we allow it to exist in its full spectrum.

What you will receive

You will be invited into a lived experience of intimacy as something much wider than romance, touch or sexuality – something that can exist within presence, truth, emotion, creativity and the simple act of deeply meeting what is.

Through the evening, you may develop a greater capacity to remain present with both pleasure and discomfort, while becoming more familiar with your own boundaries, desires, and internal yes, no, and maybe.

The experience offers space to deepen your relationship with your body and emotional landscape, recognise patterns of protection or contraction with greater compassion, and discover new possibilities for connection rooted in sensitivity rather than performance or expectation.

Above all, this Temple Night invites you to experience what can emerge when a group of people meets with authenticity, responsibility and openness – and to remember intimacy as a quality of presence that can extend far beyond the Temple and into the way you meet life itself.
