Rama walks the path of Tantra with a clear purpose: to inspire transformation and to expand how people understand spirit, embodiment, and freedom. For her, Tantra is not a goal to reach, but a state of being, a return to the innate freedom that lives within each person.
Her spiritual journey began with Ayurveda, the science of life that initiated her first profound cycle of purification, balance, and healing. Ayurveda reshaped her understanding of body, mind, and energy, and became the foundation of the wisdom she now shares. Through it, she discovered the true secrets of balance, longevity, and rejuvenation, not how to live longer, but how to live healthy, harmonious, and happy at every stage of life.
Before Tantra, Rama walked the path of a traditional yogini, dedicating years to disciplined practice and committed sadhana. Through self-restraint, self-inquiry, and transcendence, she became the yogini she once envisioned. Yet when she reached the point of asking, “And now, what lies beyond?” the doorway opened naturally into Tantra.
Where yoga refines, uplifts, and transcends, Tantra embraces, unifies, and expands. Yoga guided her into the light – Tantra taught her to rest in the wholeness that includes both light and shadow. This evolution became the continuation of her spiritual unfolding and the essence she now brings to her students.
Rama is also a devoted mother, a chapter of her life beautifully woven into her spiritual path. For years, her students closed each YTT with the heartfelt chant “Mama Rama.” They often shared that she carries the energy of Durga, the strong, protective mother who supports all who come to her. This collective love manifested in her daughter, Talya, whose name means “to bloom.” Motherhood deepened Rama’s devotion and expanded the compassion she brings into her teachings.
Today, Rama lives and teaches from the intersection of wisdom traditions: the clarity of Ayurveda, the discipline of Yoga, and the vast freedom of Tantra. Her intention is simple and unwavering – to guide seekers toward inner liberation, conscious embodiment, and a life lived in harmony with all that is.
