Behind every workshop that begins on time, every participant who feels truly held, every temple that flows with ease, and every moment that seems to unfold effortlessly, there is a devoted team of human beings quietly tending to the experience.
At ADA, we call them our Support Teams.
Each year, individuals from around the world join us not simply to attend the gathering, but to become active co-creators of it. Together with our core team, they help weave the invisible threads that enable hundreds of people to fully surrender to their journey.
For ADA2k26, we are welcoming applications for three Support Teams:

✨ Venue Alchemists
Every role carries a different responsibility, yet all share the same intention – creating a safe, beautiful and seamlessly held container in which transformation can naturally unfold.
In gratitude for their contribution, every Support Team member receives a complimentary six-day ADA programme ticket, while covering the basic cost of accommodation, food, and the refundable redemption fee according to the selected package.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
For those who naturally hold space
For those who naturally hold space
Our Emotional Support Team serves as one of the quiet hearts of ADA.
Throughout the gathering, they offer compassionate presence to participants navigating emotionally significant moments, helping them feel safe, seen and supported as they move through their individual journeys.
This role requires emotional maturity, groundedness, excellent listening skills, and previous experience in holding space for others. Because of the responsibility it carries, applications are carefully reviewed, and only candidates with relevant experience will be invited to join the team.
To become a Support Team member, candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a clean criminal record, and pass our screening process.
Emotional Support members’ work engagement will last from 15 to 20 September.
In exchange for completing the required 4 hours of work per daily shift, our SPECIAL OFFER for this year’s members of the Emotional Support Team is as follows:

FACILITATION ASSISTANTS
For those who wish to support workshop experiences from behind the scenes
For those who wish to support workshop experiences from behind the scenes
Our Facilitation Assistants work closely alongside ADA’s international Circle of Guides, helping create the conditions for every workshop, ceremony and performance to unfold with presence and precision.
From preparing spaces and assisting with technical and practical needs to supporting facilitators throughout their offerings, they help create an atmosphere in which both guides and participants can fully focus on what truly matters.
If you feel inspired by the art of facilitation and would love to learn while supporting some of the world’s leading teachers, artists and facilitators, this role offers a truly unique behind-the-scenes experience.

For those who love bringing beauty into every corner of the gathering
Venue Alchemists are the quiet architects of the ADA experience.
Working behind the scenes, they help prepare, care for, and continuously tend to the communal spaces throughout the gathering, ensuring that every temple, pathway, and shared area feels welcoming, functional, and alive.
Their attention to detail allows hundreds of participants to move through the gathering with ease, often without ever noticing the many thoughtful touches that make the experience feel effortless.
If you enjoy creating beautiful environments, solving practical challenges, working as part of a dedicated team and finding joy in meaningful contribution, this may be the place where your gifts come alive.
