Beloved souls,
Since its inception in 2021, ADA has thrived through the collaborative efforts of an exceptional core team and our valued Support Teams. These teams, made up of diverse international members who change each year, are the backbone of the vibrant and multicultural ‘ADA Team’.
Together, we are co-creating a safe container for a six-day festival journey that our globally spread ADA Tribe will enjoy and immerse itself in. If you wish to join us at #ADA2k25 in this role, there are three open positions available: Emotional Support, Facilitation Assistants, and Venue Alchemists.
Each year, we extend a special offer (a free six-day festive retreat programme ticket) to all members of our Support Teams in exchange for their contribution to helping organise and maintain the extraordinary festival experience. Below you will find all the information, including position descriptions and terms and conditions.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
If you’re passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for others, providing emotional support, and contributing to a positive festival experience, apply for our Emotional Support Team and help us foster a nurturing and empowering atmosphere for all festival attendees.
Your unwavering support of our festival attendees is a key component of their journey through personal transformations. As such, joining the Emotional Support team entails great responsibility, and only experienced members with proven qualifications and experience will be accepted.
To become a Support Team member, candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a clean criminal record, and pass our screening process. Emotional Support members’ work engagement will last from 13 to 18 September.
In exchange for completing the required 4 hours of work per daily shift, our SPECIAL OFFER for this year’s members of the Emotional Support Team is as follows:

FACILITATION ASSISTANTS
If workshop facilitation sparks your interest and you want to support our facilitators in delivering powerful and transformational workshops, apply for our Facilitation Assistants Team and help us create impactful experiences that leave a lasting impression on our attendees.
The silent orchestrators of harmony, who ensure that technical riders and any other workshop or performance needs are met prior to the beginning and during the offerings, creating an atmosphere where everything works in perfect synchrony.

VENUE ALCHEMISTS
Do you enjoy the thrill of decorating the environment in which the festival will be held and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our Venue Alchemists team, as your dedication will make a difference in creating a vibrant and well-organised event.
Our Venue Alchemists are the artisans of ambience, tasked with crafting and maintaining an enchanting environment. From the initial preparations to the event’s final moments, they weave magic to keep the energy in a beautiful flow.
To become a Support Team member, candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a clean criminal record, and pass our screening process. Venue Alchemists Team members’ work engagement will last from 10 to 19 September.
In exchange for completing the required 8 hours of work per daily shift (before the event starts), our SPECIAL OFFER for this year’s members of the Venue Alchemists Team is as follows:
