Ivana started her yoga journey in 2006 in the association “Yoga in Daily Life” in Novi Sad, and since 2014 deepened her learning in advanced yoga classes, philosophy of yoga and meditation.
With the desire to pass on his dedication and love for yoga to others, he will finish elementary school in 2019, training for yoga instructors (120 hours) at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Novi Sad. Ivana attended various specialist online trainings at the Yoga International Academy, especially for medical therapeutic approaches in yoga and prenatal yoga.
In 2021 she continued her training and further education in the school for yoga teachers of the Maya Holistic Academy, where he obtained the title of certified yoga instructor (300 h) per the standards of the European Yoga Federation (EYF) and World Movement for Yoga and Ayurveda, as well as AYUSH (Indian Ministry for Yoga, Ayurveda and other traditional methods).
She continued her further training as a yoga teacher (600 h) at the same yoga academy, under the mentorship of Yogacharya Jadranko Miklec in the direction of therapeutic yoga with the application of Ayurveda.
Ivana considers teaching the best way and motive for further studying yoga, which is also a spiritual path development. In her yoga classes and workshops, she applies a therapeutic approach based on principles and techniques of classical Vedic yoga, integrating other holistic knowledge and skills (Theta Healing, Reiki, Access Consciousness).
