Initially, the participants will learn about the idea of the comfort zone delimited with emotional boundaries made of fear and shame/embarrassment. After that, each participant will be invited to imagine the wildest, the most liberating, the most exciting thing to do “here and now in this moment and in front of these people ”, without disclosing the content of that fantasy. That fantasy is imagined as the final point of an imaginary line. The line starts here and now (the NOW point) and ends with that intense fantasy (The FINAL point). Each of them is invited to “walk” on that line as far as he/she can go, to touch the invisible wall of shame and embarrassment by performing something that is as close as possible to the FINAL point fantasy. The process is iterative in 2 or 3 waves and each performance is encouraged and applauded by other participants.
