The second musical artist to join the Ada Divine Awakening tribe is the undoubtedly magical musician and songwriter Nessi Gomes. This Portuguese-Brititsh singer and songwriter, inspired by a deep belief in the transformative power of music, channels influences from both sides of her ethnicity, blending the essence of the traditional and deeply emotional Fado folk music with British progressive modern inspiration. Her music is so gentle and fragile yet powerful. It speaks of self-development, chasing shadows and crumbling walls, of the endless search for what one’s heart needs.
Parallel to her music, she created the ever-growing Vocal Odyssey workshops and retreats that encourage participants to meet with the spirit of their voice. Thousands have already experienced the process under her guidance.
She will be joining the world music artist, the heartwarming Mose, at Ada Divine Awakening 2023, and she will bring beyond to the ever-beautiful Ada Bojana.
The third edition of Ada Divine Awakening will be held from the 15th to the 20th of September in the beautiful, untouched isle of Ada Bojana. In the past two editions, ADA was a host to over 80 facilitators and artists such as Devi Mohan, Henry Amar, Gina Ora Yoli, Mayara, Aviv Shalem Asis, Hannah Knight, Xavier De Forceville, Aaron Kleinerman, Luba Evans, LAOR, Joseph Pepe Danza, Praful, and many others.
Music is essential to the ADA experience, and Nessi is destined to make it an other-worldly experience. Ada Divine Awakening 2023 is ready for another year of self-reflecting and evolving. With the rest of the programme just around the corner, the excitement is steadily reaching its zenith!
